First Rights: Opening courtrooms closed by Bush

This is the most secretive administration in American history because it has so much lawlessness to hide. In August, as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments on the government's invoking "state secrets" to absolutely close down a case, Judge Harry Pregerson said to Deputy Solicitor General Gregory Garre, appearing before him: "The bottom line here is the government declares something is a state secret, and that's the end of it.
