The Bible says it all
Editor: It is not the righteous, holier-than-thou religious groups, nor the extremists. It is in the Holy Bible written by a holy God that says homosexuality (not gay) is a perversion, and it's sin. God does not change (Malachi 3:6).
How can one go to the polls in November and vote "yes, it's OK" when God says it's not OK? I know they are everywhere, but that doesn't make it right.
Some say, "Oh that's Old Testament stuff." Please read in the New Testament Romans Chapter 1, verses 18-32. Jesus said, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words shall not pass away" (Matthew 24:35).
In 1 Corinthians Chapter 6, verses 9 and 10: "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the Kingdom of God."

Once again, it is your right to believe what you wish, and that means I get to believe what I wish too. I don't believe there is a god that has absolute rules, laws, or dictations on how to live. If you don't approve of gay marriage, don't do it. I will never in a million years vote against two people who love each other to commit to each other on paper, just like you can if you wish. "
