The Hanford Police Department will be one of many local public agencies hosting a location for the National Night Out event this Tuesday evening. From 4 to 7 p.m., Lacey Park will feature "bounces houses, food and more" according to Lt. Parker Sever.
The National Night Out is a informational service for citizens to find out information how to reach their local law enforcement agencies, fire departments and medical personnel in case of an emergency situation.
The Night Out is free to attend and will also be hosted at Kettleman City Park, Armona Fire Station, Corcoran YMCA, Gardenside School, Stratford's Downtown Library, Rice Park in Avenal and the El Rancho Community in Hanford.
The reporter can be reached at 583-2425.
