BASKETBALL

Lemoore Youth Basketball League -- will begin registration for boys and girls in grades K-8. Lemoore High boys coach T.J. Wilkins and girls coach Devree Clark will direct the league with the help of their coaching staffs and players. Early Registration is now through Nov. 1. Registration will take place at the Lemoore Event Center on 10/4, 10/18 and 11/1. Early Registration cost is $60. Registration forms are available at www.lemooretigersbasketball.com or at the Lemoore High School front office. The League will run on Saturdays in Jan. and Feb. Lemoore Boys Basketball Club -- will have its annual meeting Monday Sept. 29 at Lemoore High School.

Hanford West Boys Basketball 2nd Annual Tip-Off Dinner -- Catered by Cal Clement on Oct. 16 in the Hanford West cafeteria from 4 to 6 p.m. Take out is available and the cost is $10. For tickets contact Tim Caudillo at 583-0157 ext. 8612 or any Hanford West basketball player.

Hanford High Girls Basketball -- Boosters meet Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. in Room 608 at the school. Information: April Macias 309-2722.

Hanford High Sixth Man Boosters -- will have a meeting tonight at 7 p.m. Join us for a Booster's/Parents Meeting in Room #503 at Hanford High. Come share your ideas and help elect the board. Plans for| the upcoming season and our Crab Feed will be discussed.

CHEERLEADING

Kings Cheer Core Year-Round All-Star Gym -- No tryouts, no experience, no cuts, all-star teams and classes in tumbling or cheer ages 4 to 18. Classes meet once a week, teams practice twice a week. GOLF

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

SOFTBALL

Hanford Recreation -- is offering Adult Slow-pitch Softball in Men's, Women's and Coed divisions. The Fall league is ready to begin. Rosters are limited to 20 players. All rosters and fees are due at the Recreation office at 315 N. Douty Street by Sept. 26. League play begins the week of Oct. 6. Cost: $250, includes 6 game regular seasons, playoffs, awards, officials and balls.

VOLLEYBALL

Hanford Recreation -- is offering fall volleyball leagues. There will be divisions for Women's 4 on 4, Men's 4 on 4 and 6 on 6 Coed Leagues. League Fees: $140.00 per team including regular season play and playoffs for each league. Contact Bob Brown at 585-2528 for more information. Fall league begins Oct. 7, rosters and league fees are due by Sept. 26.

Kings of the Beach Sand Volleyball Tournament -- Hosted by Cornerstone Alumni, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 11, 9 a.m. at Hidden Valley Park in Hanford. Two-on-two, CIF-officiated tournament features men's, women's and co-ed divisions. Entry fee is $40 per team, with a prize purse of $1,200 available. WRESTLING

Lemoore High Wrestling Team -- Sat., Sept. 27 there will be dual fundraisers for the Lemoore High School Wrestling Team. A donation only car wash and a rummage sale will begin at the LHS campus at 7 a.m. and last until noon. If you are interested in donating items for have any questions please contact Coach Botelho at 381-7154.
