Immunization and lead screening clinics. Bring your records with you. Duplicates will cost $2 each. The Health Department advises all families who have a private physician to remain under his care. Immunizations are $5 per child/$10 per family or Medi-Cal for children and adolescents 0 to18 years of age. Fingerstick lead screenings are available for children 1 to 5 years of age with Medi-Cal. Preventive Health Care

for the Aging

This program is offered through the Kings County Health Department. The clinics are scheduled at various Senior Sites throughout the county. A Public Health Nurse provides Health Screenings and referrals. There is no charge for these services. The only requirement is that the persons who are interested in these services are Kings County residents, 50 years of age or older. Please call 1-800-649-5399 or 582-2795 and ask for Heather Jablonski or Natalie Alberti, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. to make an appointment for these clinics.
