Tennis Hall calls for Hanford resident

Hanford resident Graydon Nichols will be inducted to the Northern California Tennis Hall of Fame July 30 at Stanford.
Nichols is one of four players that will be honored at ceremony that will be held during the week of the WTA's Bank of the West Tennis Classic.
Nichols currently holds the No. 1 ranking in the United States for players in their 80s and is No. 4 on the international circuit.
He has played in 10 Senior International Cup teams. His 2008 record was 13-1, making the finals in every tournament Nichols entered.
Nichols has won five Internation Tennis Federation titles and three European Championships.
Cost to addend is $60 per person by sending RSVP by July 7 to HallofFame@norcal.usta.com.
