Oust the politicians
Editor: I have read with interest the ongoing trashing of Devin Nunes for his outstanding efforts to wrest our water from the NorCal politicians. Feinstein, Boxer and Cardoza, joined by our own principle-challenged congressman, Costa, have said many times how hard they have been working to get our water back. If true, they should be fired for incompetence; if not, they should be fired for lying.
These four have formed a deadly cabal with George Miller to sabotage the citizens of the Central Valley to benefit a tiny, ubiquitous and fungible fish. (For you Feinstein/Boxer voters, that means there are lots and lots of them and one is pretty much like another).
We are watching the death of the Central Valley, and the Democrats (for whom most farm workers and lawyers vote), are unable or unwilling to do anything. Once again, fire them for either reason.
Devin Nunes has shown his true colors and they are red, white and blue. The "Four" have shown their true colors and they are pink and yellow. One thing is sure, if we depend on the Four, or any one of them, we will be signing a death warrant for our farmland and, consequently, our Valley.
I continue to applaud Nunes and stand squarely behind him in all his efforts. His straight forward words are a breath of fresh air in the center of this outrageous Democrat flatulence. I encourage all voters to give him the help he deserves. Throw out the Four and elect those who actually give a damn about the future of our Valley.
Since the election of Barack Hussein Obama, each time I write a letter to The Sentinel, windows in our house have been broken by rocks and pellet rifles. Our home has been egged, our yard has been trashed and I have received hate letters post-marked in Fresno. It is said that the written word is more powerful than the gun. That may be true, but it doesn't mean we don't need both.

Nice try, Don.
(By the way, Don, have you ever heard that old idiom about sowing and reaping? Silly me, of course you have, it's in the Good Book, isn't it?) "
