Lemoore swept by Frontier

BAKERSFIELD - Lemoore High School's volleyball team's season ended Tuesday night when top-seeded Frontier swept the No. 4-seeded Tigers 25-16, 25-10, 25-14 in the semifinals of the Central Section Division II tournament.
The Titans (29-9) will play for the Section title on Thursday against crosstown rival Garces, the No. 2 seed.
Garces swept El Diamante in Tuesday's other semifinal, 25-9, 25-19, 25-18. El Diamante and Lemoore shared the West Yosemite League title this past season.
Kathleen Anderson led Lemoore with nine kills, one ace and two digs.
Jessica Sullivan added four kills and a block, Bridget Billingsley five kills and 10 digs, Kaitlyn Henderson nine digs and Tiffany Webb 16 assists, two kills, three digs and a block.
The Tigers end the year with a 28-7 mark
