Fallen local soldier honored in Hawaii

KANEOHE BAY, Hawaii — Military personnel, family and friends gathered on Tuesday at Marines Corps Base Hawaii to honor the nine Marines — including Lance Cp. Alfonso Ochoa Jr. of Hanford — and one Navy corpsman killed in action during deployment this year in Afghanistan.
